Refunds and Returns:
Digital Prints: For digital prints, we offer a 14-day refund period. If you are not satisfied with your digital print, please contact our customer support within 14 days of purchase for assistance. However, please note that once a digital print has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

Wood Prints: For prints that have been printed on wood, we do not accept returns. Due to the custom nature of wood prints, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. If you receive a damaged wood print, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
